In a flash of insight, Sae Ha's boss decided to look for the janitor's kid, who turned out not to be his biological son. We get a bit more of Sae Ha and Sae Byeok working together, or at least sending secret love messages to each other. We get a little more evidence of how compartmentalized the different teams inside the AB are, to the point they're practically useless (Incompetent Bureau 2.0!), and that's about it. Sadly, we learned nothing we didn't already know as Episode 4 is basically a review of the events of Episode 3. It's not that bad once you get used to the pacing, where nothing much goes on.
